Our story

BCM Audit & Advisory AG is an auditing company founded at the beginning of 2020 under the name Falcon Audit GmbH, based in Zug, by Anders Mathis and Markus Britschgi.

BCM Audit & Advisory AG (formerly: Falcon Audit GmbH) is a sister company of Finaservices AG, a young and dynamic trust and consulting company that was founded in 2011. In order to meet the market's growing needs for independence and professional services, the partners of Finaservices AG decided at the end of 2019 to transfer their auditing services to an independent auditing company "Falcon Audit GmbH".

In the spring of 2024, Michael Cappenberg, an experienced international expert in audit services, was brought on board. With his appointment as Partner, Managing Director, and Lead Auditor as of April 1, 2024, the company was converted into a stock corporation and simultaneously rebranded from Falcon Audit GmbH to BCM Audit & Advisory AG.
