Our History

BCM Audit & Advisory AG is an audit firm originally founded in early 2020 under the name Falcon Audit GmbH in Zug by Anders Mathis and Markus Britschgi.

BCM Audit & Advisory AG (formerly Falcon Audit GmbH) is a affiliated company of Finaservices AG, a young and dynamic fiduciary and consulting firm established in 2011. In response to increasing market demands for independence and professional audit services, the partners of Finaservices AG decided at the end of 2019 to transfer their audit services to an independent firm, which became Falcon Audit GmbH.

In spring 2024, the firm welcomed Michael Cappenberg, an experienced and internationally active audit expert, as a partner, managing director, and lead auditor. His entry on April 1, 2024, marked a key milestone: the transformation of the company into a stock corporation and its renaming to BCM Audit & Advisory AG.
